2. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if:

  • This is your first subscription to MigMind
  • You request the refund within 7 days of purchase
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service

2.2 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, we will:

  • First attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • Offer a prorated refund if the issue cannot be resolved
  • Extend your subscription period to compensate for downtime

2.3 Billing Errors

If you are charged incorrectly due to:

  • Duplicate charges

4. Prorated Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer prorated refunds:

  • Service Downtime: Extended outages beyond our control
  • Feature Removal: If a key feature you subscribed for is discontinued
  • Plan Changes: Downgrading from annual to monthly (difference refunded)

Prorated refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription period.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used Credits: Competitor analysis credits that have been consumed
  • Partial Periods: Unused days in a billing cycle (except for prorated cases)
  • Third-Party Services: Costs associated with third-party integrations

6. Subscription Renewals

Important information about automatic renewals:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You will receive an email reminder 7 days before renewal
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged
  • Renewal charges are non-refundable after the 7-day guarantee period

7. Chargebacks

8. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Take effect immediately
  • You are charged the prorated difference for the current billing period
  • New features and credits are available instantly

8.2 Downgrades

  • Take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refund for the difference in the current period
  • You retain access to premium features until the period ends

9. Free Trial Cancellations

If you're on a free trial:

  • Cancel anytime during the trial period at no charge
  • You will not be billed if cancelled before trial ends
  • Access continues until the trial period expires
  • No refunds are applicable as no payment was made
